not at the moment ally11, and i doubt we will ever end up with a cure that fixes everything as all diseases work in such different ways. much like we don’t have just one vaccine for all viruses, and have to have several jabs to cover a range of nasty viruses for protection.

As the others have said not yet! There is so much we don’t know and who knows what will be discovered in the future!
I found a really old copy of a science magazine from 1995 which said the only cancer causing virus to have a vaccine is hepatitis. Now, an Australian scientist called Ian Frazer has invented a vaccine for the virus which causes cervial cancer. Pretty amazing!
