I recently read the answer of your Q in a very nicely written popular science book: Canon (written by Natalie Angier). I looked at the chapter and found it for you: so for a typical human of 70 kg, there are almost 7 x 10^27 atoms (in order words 7 followed by 27 0s).
I dont know about atoms, but there are about 100 trillion cells in the average human body. within each of these there would be many many atoms.
