Question: Are you working on a permanent cure or is it just a temporary cure which is likely to return later in life

I’m currently working on a gene that we know is important for cancer. I’m trying to understand more about this gene and when it is needed. I hope this leads to better treatments for people. I’m not sure if what I’m doing will ever be able to cure cancer, but I hope it can help people who get cancer and assist in their recovery.
