I took apart an E.coli (bacteria). I didn’t just take it apart but also genetically engineer it to do something really funny. I built a colour light switch within E.coli which is responsive to infrared. So what happens is E.coli takes green colour when you put it under normal daylight, but as soon as you put it in dark it glows blue 🙂
