I presume you mean nitrous oxide ie NOS which you see used in movies like the Fast and the Furious? Whilst I can’t personally make one (i’ve never even been on a motorbike) It is my understanding that NOS burns very fast and is a fuel additive which provides a higher burning temp and thus a boost of power to the vehicle.
Websites such as this https://www.noswizard.com/ seem to suggest that NOS kits are available for motorbikes, but I am not sure if NOS is street legal here in Australia
I don’t think you can make motorbike that only runs on NOS but surely it would boost up the speed of a motorbike when used together with petrol/diesel. My best friend are really into supercars and I have actually seen NOS in action in her modified VolvoS60. It takes less than 10 seconds to consume all the NOS in a standard direct injection NOS Kit which could only produce ~40hp.
