Hi lulu,
Multiple myeloma is a cancer of plasma cells and mainly occurs in the bone marrow. Whereas Melanoma is a cancer of skin cells, and occurs when skin cells become mutated and form a tumour.
I suppose it might be possible for cancerous cells to spread from the skin to the bone marrow or vice versa, but I think this is extremely unlikely because of the different types of cells that are diseased in each type of cancer.
