    Generally living a healthy lifestyle – not smoking, eating healthy food and exercise are a great way to avoid disease like obesity, heart disease and type II diabetes. Vaccination is also really important to protect against infectious diseases.

    None of these methods are 100% it is still possible to get sick even if you are living a healthy lifestyle, but taking these steps are a really good way to reduce your risk of disease.

    1. good hygeine. Especially around sick people. make sure you wash around and under your nails, and around your wrists as well as fingers and palms
    2. a good diet and exercise. By doing this you keep your body at it’s happiest and healthiest, and it is more likely to be able to fend off any infections which come your way

    unfortunately there is not much which can be done about genetic diseases which you dont know about until you are sick. But you can’t spend your life worrying about those!
