Keywords: , ,

  1. alive? Brian Schmidt. He has a nobel prize, is a proud aussie, a pretty down to earth guy, knows a lot about astronomy, and owns a vienyard, so you know he’d bring a good bottle of wine for dinner

dead? Galileo Galilei. he was one tough dude who stood up for what he knew was right, and now we all know he was right.

  2. If it was anyone across time, I would want to have Albert Einstein over. I would just be fascinated to talk to him and find out more about him.

Alive today I would want to meet Elizabeth Blackburn. In 2009 she won the nobel prize for her work on telomeres and telomerase. I admire her as an Australian, female scientist who has made some important discoveries about DNA and cancer.
