When you are really angry for a long time, it can put a lot of unnecessary stress on your body. This can lead to several health problems such as headaches, digestion problems, abdominal pain, insomnia, anxiety and depression, high blood pressure, skin problems, stroke and hear attacks.
There are useful and non-useful ways to deal with anger. Useful ways include talking about why your angry, recognizing it is normal to get angry sometimes and doing exercise. Non-useful ways are repressing the anger to bottle it up inside you or exploding with the anger.
