  1. There is no way to guarantee you won’t get any diseases as of yet unfortunately, so the best thing you can do is make sure you are as healthy as possible so your body is as able as it can be to fight off any diseases. A good diet and exercise is really the best medicine at this point.

  2. I agree with Miranda, a diet high in fresh food and regular exercise is the best way to prevent disease. You also need to exercise your mind, as that can help prevent diseases like dementia. Things like solving a sudoku puzzle, that makes you think really hard about something are great for your brain!

  3. I agree with Miranda and Katelin. I also think vaccination is really really important! There are a lot of infectious diseases that can be prevented with vaccination, like polio and chicken pox.

  4. Your body has one of the most amazing built-in anti-disease mechanism in it and it comes for free 😉
So make sure you look after your body -maintaining a healthy diet with a good exercise routine has been proven to be quite effective in disease prevention-
I’m not gonna tell you “stay away from stress” stories as so-called experts who first come up with such stories including “10 ways leading to happiness” are people who actually seek stress due to over-thinking “10 ways to sell their stories and make more money”. So you can’t really avoid stress nowadays so learn how to live with it.
I also agree with Katelin that exercising your mind is really really important to maintain a healthy brain. Challenge yourself, shake up your routines (brush your teeth using your left hand tonight – if you are right handed). Finally, make sure you get a quality sleep.
